News on Romiley Engagement

Thank you to those residents who have left comments on the map so far.

We have had feedback to say that users would like to disagree with comments that have been left by users.

The functionality to disagree is still there, but it is in the form of commenting, rather than ‘thumbs down’ or similar.

Using ‘thumbs down’ would not help our team come to any sort of conclusion on what residents would like to see in their area.

If residents do not agree with a particular suggestion, it is useful if they tell us why they do not agree.

Users can do this by clicking close to the existing comment and explaining why it is not a good idea.
